We are headed into a recession and reports are forecasting that the recession can last until the end of 2024. Meanwhile costs are going up and finding housing that is affordable is a full time job because private landlords are raising rents and housing prices are not coming down fast enough while rates are going up fast.

The next 24 months are going to transform our employment and financial industries. Use these shifts to your advantage. Here are some suggestions to those that are unafraid:

1. Get a P.O. Box for remote professionals, get ready to start your business and increase income

2. Use your new virtual remote business address to get an Employment Identification Number (EIN) on irs.gov . You want to get your EIN for an LLC.  You do not want to file sole proprietor because sole proprietor's cannot have employees. File as a LLC because you are going to hire yourself and pay yourself an income.
3. File for a Business License for an LLC with your state. Across the country states charge different prices, the lowest is $50 and the most expensive is $500 depending on where you live.
4. Then open a business bank account below are a couple of examples of accounts with good benefits

If you are on social media all the time get paid for it. Whether you are an influencer or not. Here is how:

Go to Indeed.com and search Social Media Remote Jobs, when I did it over 5400 came up. When the search tool asks you what area you want to work in, put "Anywhere" for your city and state. 

When you accept a position, let them know you want them to pay your business and provide your LLC paperwork. Take as many jobs as you can handle and increase your income.

Save All Your RECEIPTS so you can write off all your expenses when you file your taxes.

• Salary (YOURS)

Next – VERY IMPORTANT, once the company starts paying your business, pay yourself a salary using these payroll services. (you can also write off some expenses)

Once your receive your paycheck, pay necessary bills and move the rest into a personal Money Market Compounding Interest Account. 

Next, we are going to plan on buying a house in 12- 24 months.

Do not try to buy your dream house. Just buy a house, so you are not dependant on a landlord. Understand in 2025 you will rent that property, and buy another house. You will move it into your LLC after your move and now it is a business asset.
